Holiday cards are huge business and thanks to digital cameras and sites like Shutterfly, creating custom cards has never been easier. With the services and the discounts you receive by making quantity purchases, you will likely end up with more cards than you need. I know I have and to ease my guilt this year, I’ll be sending some of the extra cards from last year’s cache to people that I see on a regular basis. All it takes is a little digital age progression and updated sentiments and Jubbling is my reward.

    Hi,

I think the second picture is much better. Now, send me a picture of YOU and let ME decorate it!

Actually, I did recycle cards this year. I had about 80 old holiday cards that I have been left over through the years. I pulled them out this year and mailed them to friends and family. I not only jubbled, it was fun to revisit past holidays. I also cut off the front page of cards I received in the mail from friends and then they becomes a postcards. Perfect for holiday thank you notes, communication with teachers and very special gift tags.

Help me, I’m becoming my grandmother.
