Unfortunately Cyclists May Need The 7-Camera Helmet Of Justice From Chaotic Moon.

The Helmet of Justice - Chaotic MoonAt one point, every cyclist will have some sort of run in with a car and its road-entitled driver. And in a worst case scenario, some of those cyclists will be hit by a car. Being able to remember what color and type of car struck you is next to impossible when you’re in a daze trying to figure out what just happened. That’s where the Helmet of Justice from Chaotic Moon comes in. It’s kind of a black box for cyclists and here’s a description of the Helmet of Justice from Fast Co.Exist:

“The seven mini-cameras, secured in the helmet’s air vents with a layer of foam, record video at 30 frames per second with a resolution of 720×480 (that will be upgraded in the next version). They provide a 360-degree view of an accident as it happens. All of the core data is saved in a detachable USB drive integrated into the helmet.”

The Helmet of Justice may not change the way aggressive drivers interact with cyclists but it will help hold them accountable for their actions. [Fast Co.Exist]
